Two separate bits: digital download service Impulse has added Bethesda's catalog, which includes Fallout 3 for €29.99 and Fallout 3 GotY for €49.99.

Digital download service Steam now offers a Bethesda pack, made up of the Game of the Year editions of Fallout 3, Morrowind and Oblivion, at a 26% discount.
 
Well, it's a masterpiece rpg. Kicking it out for 20 bucks would be silly.

Yes I know, it was not my intention to play through F3 and all the misery expansions , but it should at least load on a modern computer.
 
I'll probably pick up GotY edition some day when it's less than 20 bucks. I gotta play through the DLCs sooner or later, only I don't purchase DLC myself. Too much of a scam.
 
I have never played the game before. A friend saw me playing F2 and must have thought he was doing me a favor by gifting me the third one..
Now I'm afraid that if Vegas turns out ok and I buy it, it will not work either . This is the only game that does not start up on this computer, must be karma lol. (:=o

i remember being excited about it and having that chipped away when i learned some of the low points in the game. at first it was ok, but the terrible story and lack of content killed in around half-way through. the dlc helped stomp that down further... point lookout was ok though.

why isn't it running? what is it (not) doing?
