Fallout 3 The Pitt - First Screens

Its also too bulky to be used as a axe or saw. If they wanted a chainsaw, they could just make a fusion-powered chainsaw. If they wanted a axe, they could just make somekind of Vibroaxe.

Also, where are Cattle Prods? I loved those weapons in the old Fallouts, a early game Cattle Prod kicked immense ammounts of ass.

Really weird, that new armor makes me think its some kind of space miner uniform in a science fiction series.

Haha, I was just gonna say, it looks like they've been playing too much Dead Space instead of actually developing a game.

That's right Bethsoft, don't worry about substance or creativity when you can feed off the dead horse of mediocrity.

Okay, now when I see that thing I just see a circular saw and a pile of siding that needs to be measured, cut, and nail gunned up on this suburbanite's house while the mom and daughter have another screaming fight.

Beth is making My Summer Job 2003 RPG.

Threatening looking guy with a cool (:wiggle:) weapon posing in front of a prominent setting has become as ubiquitous as the movie poster floating head.

i gotta' wonder why anyone would climb all the way up there to chain a couple mutilated bodies to the bridge, or rather, why anyone would keep mutilated body parts around.

there's being intimidating, and then there's just being silly.

I wonder if the game starts just like with Shivering Isles for Oblivion. You had a message that some stupid portal just opened (for some magical reason) that tells you where it is, but you actually have no idea why you should bother going there?

And for the bodies, they would fall quickly because probably birds would start eating them and the string (or a robe, whatever they are tided to) could break off.
The flesh could also start to break apart, especially if it was a metal robe.

I have to say that I do like the yellowish color quite a bit. Somehow, it makes things look more Fallouty. Imagine if their content was somewhat fallouty too.

On to the more important stuff... what I particularly HATED about F3 and these pics is how much everything is in tact. There are real life cities that have been destroyed a lot worse by a few weeks of war. What's up with all the tall buildings with friggin windows still in tact? It also does not look like there is shortage of anything in that environment.

Another amazing thing is that Bethesda acknowledges that combat in their games sucks balls and yet they're making combat heavy DLC. WTF is the point of them, like there are few things to fight in the game itself. The only one of them that I'm mildly interested in is the one that messes with the story and replaces the awful ending of the game.

Yellow is the new blue! Yay!

I wonder what the next colour is. I also wonder if they ever decide to change their approach to picking the palette a bit.
