A very great problem.
If using sarcasm on the internet is wrong, I wanna be right. No, I don't know if I typed that correctly. Or maybe I do. Or maybe I don't know if I do know if I typed that correctly.

You're right - and you know what, my fellow indignant brother and/or sister? The Antichr- ...I mean President Obama, in cooperation with The United Nations and all civilized countries, should institute a new international agency dubbed 'The International Taskforce on Internet Sensitivity' (or TITIS), who could comb through such message boards as this (along with chat rooms) with full authority to delete insensitive material and commentary deemed 'over the line'. They could also permanently ban offenders via ISPs from the forum, or even the internet. Why, they could even track down the person and bring up international 'crimes against humanity' charges (in extreme cases only).
Think of the good it would do: no more child predators luring their bait over chats - everyone is monitored! No more easy communication over *our* information byways by terrorists speaking dissent - we'll track em down! No more disgusting, foul, depraved, heinous, inhuman, lascivious, lewd, low, miscreant, nefarious, perverted, shameless, sinful, twisted, vicious, vile, villainous, or just plain evil things will be said or typed without justice and retribution.
Certainly, they'll be no more degenerate 'jokes' and 'laughter' about such tragedies as 9/11 and Hiroshima and Nagasakamicalic or whatever.
