"Fallout 4 Settlements are the series' best RPG system."

So age of empire is an rpg. It help me choose how i would want to be a general. And Tetris is an rpg. I get to decide where is will put the blocks, according to what my character would. I don't get all the complains about pong not being an rpg.

The settlement system is awesome for roleplaying, because anyone, either a sci-fi enthusiastic or a Power Armor enthusiast really has the knowledge to build entire settlements out of junk without using any tools and just by making walls and stuff appear out of thin air.
Not to mention we can't even build in already existing settlements to help them, we could actually roleplay as a construction person, but then nowhere in the world anyone pays us to build stuff for them or improve their own settlements.
The limits on building are also so "roleplaying" friendly. I mean, I can build all of these houses and things but only on these specific areas and I can't deviate from them even a few inches, and I can only build until I reach this specific altitude too.

My barbarian character that was mentally challenged (INT 1) and thought it was living in the world of Grognak the Barbarian really has the know how to build shacks and power generators, and farms and so on. He actually wanted to live in a cave or underground hole, but he can't even build that or dig himself a shelter... Very roleplay friendly.
