here is the first paint cover of chrome, so I can paint over and scar it up.

Can't wait to see the fully finished version, this actually made me think that Fallout papercraft would be pretty awesome. Someone should work on that.

LOL, yeah its a cheese grader.. I couldn't think of anything better for it. its got a black mesh material behind it and I slit the opening so I can mount a speaker on the inside with one of thoes microphone/ voice changers in the helmet.

Yes its wearable, the hard hat liner is also adjustable.. so it basically can fit anyone.

I did not know I was supposed to put all the picts in one post. sorry, I thought they would split up better this way. I guess ill learn for next time.
