Fallout: New Vegas G4TV specials

I very much think that it's the Hermes armor too. It would make sense as well-- every 'real' Fallout game got a power armor on it's cover after all. Would be heresy, if New Vegas changes this.

/Edit: Neil with hair looks cool.

Well, I expect the Hermes armour to return (the red nvg helmet, in case anyone's wondering), so this might not be that much of a stretch...

Quite possibly the Hermes armor is the 'Gasmask + trenchcoat' combination that is seen in the cover art. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/H3RM35_armor
A Bethesda user noted the H3RM35 sign on the antenna in one of the promotional renders.

EDIT: Unless I got it wrong and you were already referring to that. :P

I did, WUE.

Hehe, "Oh, WUE is me!"

Hello,
Once again we arrived in a new era of video games just to see how awfully its failing. Watching through the video some semi-sexy lady is reading some text and the guy there is talking about guns. LOL, Is it not the time to make a proper game, which is not entirely based on exploding stuff? Where did all the magic go ????

The phrasing as a classic somewhat makes sense, at least these days. FO3 was Game of the Year all over the place, and one of the best-selling.

If you judge by sale numbers alone, then Twilight series is a classic

No, calling something released last year a "classic" makes not one bit of sense except to people who are in charge of marketing and to those who buy into it.

Ahem, 2 years ago.

Twilight in this thread? You make Josh feel bad.

I like the videos. Didn't watch all, don't want to spoiler myself too much.

Still far to soon to be considered a classic.

It's more a glitch than a bug. I personally can live with it, especially if the super mutants finally walk and idle like real super mutants and don't just use bigger scalled human animations.

Is anyone else concerned about the high population density? I think that a big problem in FO3 was the locations every five minutes, and in the second interview he mentioned that there were even more locations.

They also said they extended the map in the north and south.

Ehh, I would've preferred a map like in Fallout 1 & 2 so that it really felt like a wasteland. But, that's an unrealistic request with the amount of time Obsidian had to work on the game. Also, there'd be invisible walls everywhere and we all know how much invisible walls break OMGIMMURSON.
As far as them adding more locations compared to Fallout 3 - I'm happy. The more the better, especially when dealing with Obsidian storytelling and characters.

About a minute into the Characters video (when the guy from Caesar's Legion threatens the PC with a place on the cross), the music reminded me a lot of Mark Morgan's music for the original game. Figure that's one of the remixed/reworked versions of his tunes that's been mentioned.

Stood out to me as being pretty cool.
