Actually, they'd be referring to Fallout 1 and 2. You just misread it.

You didn't notice my xbox tags I see? Xbox tags that tag a line as being from a stereotypical 16 year old Xboy with no knowledge of anything that occured almost a decade ago aka before 2005.
