Fallout tattoo

F.O INK!!

tomorrow i am getting my (long overdue) fallout tattoo. it's going to be the BOS symbol redone oldschool sailor-tattoo style. will post pics.
 
My friend got some symbol from Final Fantasy with a roman 13 incorporated into it. My friend is a dork, consequently so are you. Its like imagine picking up a chick at a bar and she sees it and says "OMG is that a BOS tat?!? Take me now!!" However this scenario is just as likely as you finding Sulik's sister. Whats is more likely is her going home with another dude while you try to explain fallout to her. You should get something cool like a picture of Jesus on your dick that way when you have sex with someone they can say i had Jesus inside me.

Tattoo!

After some long thought, I'm going to get the original '13' tattooed.

Big question, though... Can someone that is skilled at drawing, draw it up for me? 3"x3" so that I can print it out and take it to the artist, since I can't seem to get a good screenie to blow up big enough for them. I appreciate the help!

Edit: I'll donate some money to NMA in the name of the artist!
 
Well I just got my first tattoos a month ago (bioshock wrist chains) and now I am thinking about my next tattoo.

I am almost certain I want a fallout tattoo just what of I am not sure about. I am debating on using Vault Boy or not and if I do in what pose and etc etc. So I am just looking for some suggestions any at all would be helpful.

Awesome, Bioshock wrist chains. That my friend is a good idea. I would not advise getting the slaver tattoo down your eye because that would be just retarded.
 
Merged four recent tattoo threads and renamed so people will hopefully find it.
 
This was a while ago,
and my artist couldn't do it that day, so it went on the back burner

AND NOW.... There's no way I can get that shit now. I need something more... original.
 
I have an 8-bit Invincibility Star from SMB3 on my forearm, it's cool because it starts conversations. A Fallout one like the BoS is good as well because it's not so recognisable, but still awesome. I don't think I'll get another tat though, I have a massive needle phobia so getting the tat was like the worst thing ever, I fainted twice.

Good coloring on that! It's a little disturbing though, it seemingly portrays an image of a Vault Boy living within a hole in your forearm. I don't think I want a Vault Boy in my arm. Very cool nonetheless!

I've started wondering about maybe my own tribute to the series. I honestly don't want anything that might make someone see it as a FO3 or even FONV tattoos, I see tattoos as a way for me to show different stages of my life and I don't attribute those game's places in my life as significant. Anyone have any ideas? Something subtle, something someone who played the original Fallouts might not even recognize, but is a meaningful symbol in the series? I liked someone's idea of just the big yellow 13, would be a cool back tattoo.

I'll post back if I think of anything or if I like any ideas.
 
I'd considered a yellow 13 or a V13 door myself, but tattoos involving the number 13-- especially when coupled with the color blue (like, say, that of a patch of vault suit)-- can lead to potentially violent complications where I live, soooo...
