Bethesda's eyebot is my favorite. The medical eyebot from LR is top among them. I like the colors of the roboscorpion too.

Worst is generic prime and the shitty sentrybot from Fallout 2.

Never played Tatics, have too say that I think I dont like their design, based in this gifs posted above.
