Apart from the ones mentioned before, I had some fun customizing the box art for Duke3D to make a custom DVD compilation once:

The old case was just too broken to hold the CD anymore.

Not really much art, but it was a cool render there.

Those "Shadow of the Beast" covers are amazing.

I never liked the Deus Ex cover, nor the Fallout 1 cover... I much preferred the Fallout 2 cover.

Always struck me as a damn cool cover. Also beat Dark Void by about a decade with the whole jumpack thing.

Also the Dungeon Keeper cover, simple awesomeness...

They probably can, since it's a ugly blue guy that says nothing about the game with an ugly orange background that fails to show off any of the game's stunning art design.
That cover both fails at doing what it's supposed to and just blows in general.

I agree about the Torment cover... never liked it much.

I'd put up a picture of the God Hand cover, but for some odd reason, all of the pictures I can find are the redone cover where the fist isn't going into the guy's mouth and out the back of his head.

Pretty much my favourite shooter ever. Weird mishmash of bad guys with big guns, magical monks, and strange power ups. And lots of pointless gore.
