Pretty much my favourite shooter ever. Weird mishmash of bad guys with big guns, magical monks, and strange power ups. And lots of pointless gore.

Heh, sounds almost like Fallout 3 doesnt it.

Unlike FO3, I loved Rise of the Triad. At the very least, my description for it was what it was supposed to be. Plus you didn't have some weird time-freeze cheat when you were surrounded by gun-toting evil men. However, you could turn into a dog and rip them all apart.

It's really bad when a supposed sequel to some pretty great pc crpgs can in anyway be similar to Rise of the Triad.

Yep, gotta agree about Wasteland.

Uh this is a little different but when I was a kid I loved the Lemmings cover with all its little details in the background.

I'd put up a picture of the God Hand cover, but for some odd reason, all of the pictures I can find are the redone cover where the fist isn't going into the guy's mouth and out the back of his head.

All the covers for it on MobyGames don't have one with the hand going through the mouth. I know 100% what you're talking about though, maybe it was just never used for any of the covers.

ICO and Shadow of the Colossus are two of my favourite games of all time... those guys sure know how to craft games... their next game "The Last Guardian" for PS3 looks amazing.

Sadly, the cover for ICO that I posted is the one used in Japan and Europe. In NA we got this:

For w/e reason, NA covers for foreign games tend to suck more often than not. Take the Outcry/Sublustrum for example.

I saw the Last Guardian trailers, shit looks awesome. I wish I had a PS3 when I see these kinds of trailers.
