Yes, we prolly did this before, but heck be with it, why not? The newest thread on this subject on DaC re-awakenened my interest.

Post your favourite stuff, like books, bands, movies, tv-shows and games. Or foods. Or stuff.

I didn't get a chance to read the Saint mini-series, so I missed the devil confrontation. A favorite is really hard to pick, but I'd say these three stand out the most to me:

The messiah pissing all over the place and saying "Humper dido!"
Herr Starr with the dead dog locked onto his crotch
The confrontation between The Saint and God.

Herr Starr was the best. That guy had all the best lines in the series. "Are you blind, my head looks like a gigantic penis!"

Apparently there is/was going to be a movie about it: Arseface Pic

Videogame musical piece: a tie between Doom's E1M8, Diablo's Tristram Theme, and UFO's Title Theme.

Videogame overall soundtrack: Mechwarrior 2.

Videogame intro movie: Mechwarrior 2 - highly emotionally charged.

Movie: Star Wars - The Return of the Jedi.

Memories, there's an interesting thought

My "favourite memory" (so to speak) would be when I'd left my travelling companion sitting somewhere on a bench in Venice and I wandered off to explore a bit. I ended up sitting near a bridge, and at the foot of the bridge stood a small "friends of classical music" club, who just after I sat down played Saint-Saëns the Swan. Beautiful.

Ah, Venice, I fell in love with that city from day one.

Beer- Guinness (As Jimmy Fallon once sang, "Cause you are beautiful, in every single way, I drink a pint a day") , also Chimay, Dock Street (from Phili) Blue Moon (Belgian white), Kolsch but only when in Cologne, and Anchor Steam, when in San Francisco. ALso I like a Corona with a lime, Jimmy Buffet style. Samuel Smith's Nut Brown is dandy tasting. Budwiser= piss. Try Strohs for a better brew cheap.

TV shows- Sopranos, the Shield, 24. I also agree with Montez- Twin Peaks was great.

Best comedy- Seinfeld. Simpsons are also great. I also admit to watching Insomniac.

Person I most like to hate- Osama Bin Laden-(May you burn in hell you rotten motherfucker, and when you are but ash, may you be reborn and resent to Hell).

Other notables disliked - Bill O'Reilly- what an asshole. But my wife is pissed off that I keep throwing food at him. Baby Bush- because we fought a war in the US to get rid of aristocratic leadership that does little but feed the rich.

Favorite game- Fallout 1 and 2, but I also enjoyed Age of Empires 2 and Panzer General 1 and 2.

Favorite food- steak, Emilio's Pizza (found in Commack, NY) ice cream (but keep it natural, and home made is better).

Favorite fictional character- Ash from Evil Dead, Steve Dallas from Bloom County

Favorite hot celebrity chick- Monica Bellucci, duh?

Favorite Classic Composer-Tchaikovsky, Bach or Beethoven.

Currently listening too- Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.

Funnest Band to listen to - Beau Joque and the Zydeco Hi Rollers.

Artist- Hmmm..... Tough.... I guess Picasso, but I also like Hopper, Paul Gauguin, Rothko, Kaminsky.

Books I would recommend to a person between age of 14-25? Maugham- Of Human Bondage- every guy should read it for the perils of getting pussy whipped. Also I like the Seawolf a lot. And Dumas' Three Muskateers is a lot of fun.

Favorite author to recommend- I like Harlan Ellison.

Currently reading- Secret Agent, by Joseph Conrad, Al Franken's new one, Tilly, Capital Coercion and European State making by Tilly (again), and Herbst, States and Power. - school work.

Sports to do- Scuba and Taekwon Do.

Dream - have more time to write.

Ahm....

Guinness is not a beer. It's a draught.

And I love it.

Brother it comes in a can, and when you pop it it makes a nice fizz and tastes great. To me it's a stout and a Stout is a beer.

But why quibble. Tastes Great, and good for you (or so the English say).
