Helleo, I'm having problems finding any other Npc's than Ian, Where are they.

There's Tycho in Junktown, Tandi in Shady Sands, Dogmeat in Junktown and Katja in LA boneyard. If you need any more info, just look around NMA.

Tycho - Skum Pitt, buy him a drink.
Dogmeat - guarding a door, wear a leather jacket or feed him an Iguanna-on-a-stick.
Tandi - Rescue from raiders, don't return to Shady Sands if u wanna keep her with ya.
Katja - Boneyard, Followers base, talk to her twice.

Ian is at Shadey Sands in building on the right of entrance gate.Pay him to join your quest and
take the money back afterwards!
