Didn't need that tbh. But it would be fun if dialogue/reactions changed a bit more due to what you choose.

I'm interested in maybe getting it but my gfx card isn't that powerful. Did you have any slowdown issues with it, you probably have better computer then I do, does the gaming experience depend a lot on the graphics being on high?

  5. You can't move it? It's just Unity, after all. It didn't run as smoothly on rig, so I just lowered graphics and lowered to 1600x900 (my GFX card isn't supposed to go further that).
It still looked beautiful of course and 30-ish FPS were definitively there. Pretty well optimized no matter what, probably a crapload of items dropped on the ground lower it slightly, but I had like hundreds of things around and didn't notice.
Also, the art style makes that varying quality just makes the textures bigger.

If it's better to have it on high? Don't think so. Draw distance, which is key for survival in search for landmarks in clear days, isn't even adjustable iirc. Dealing with wildlife wasn't affected, and in interiors the game ran buttery smooth.

If it means something, I stopped at Day 90 becouse what was left to do wasn't exactly appealing for me (risk to go to Timberwolf Mountain, hell naw). Never had inconveniences myself, but for maybe some shoddy controls, which can be fixed with a non-2002 K&M or a controller.

Eventhough I adapt easily to shitty performance that isn't so much on the way, so it could be just me. I'm not a 60FPS fanatic

I have to agree with you. Witcher 2 to me seems like the weakest part. In the third game, they improved everything - combat, dialogues, choice and consequence, graphics, etc.

I have recently put over 40 hours into it, without DLCs and I had a lot of fun. It is not perfect by any means (I even wrote a review), but it is definitely one of the best AAA games that have been released in the recent years.

I don't know, I liked Witcher 2 for what it was. I didn't care much about the gameplay which is average at most, but I think it's the one with the most distinctive atmosphere of the franchise. More dark fantasy than Witcher 3. About the story, W3 is great for the drama and Geralt's personal journey on the trail. W2 is great for the world building and the atmosphere. Many games of feudal power, lore about Temeria, geopolitical pressures, succession lines etc. Was a bit missing in Witcher 3 in my opinion (hell, the Radovid quest is actually optional, says a lot).

I started the Heart of Stoned DLC a couple of months back and it was the only thing that managed to make me stop playing Witcher 3 entirely. I hated the quests and characters so much. Is Blood and Wine better?

Think blood and wine has defiantly got more better reviews. Gamernax even said it was one of their top games of 2016 (Yes a DLC) SO yeah i think its the best DLC just going from what people have said.

Yeah its defintly one of the best games you can get for next gen consols. I didn't think it was AAA though because I've never really heard of the company who made the game. So yeah they might be big but I dind't really realize. I thought even more impressive it is compeared to game that ubisoft have made etc because I do feel next gen consols most game that have come out this far have been ubi soft etc. The witcher 3 has to be one of the best games that come out for next Gen and also under rated at the same time. But i dunno I just feel its a very strong compeared to oher next gen games it actually feels more like a next gen game (Backs up the grahpics with impressive scripting and writing )

Nearing the Platinum archievement for Dark Souls 2:SOTFS ^^

There are only left two more NG cycles, one or two other characters and some Covenant work. Farming Loyce and raiding Horsefuck Valleyare optional but are on the checklist anyway.
    What a ride, gentlemen

Playing Minecraft on the Hypixel server with a friend almost daily. It's great fun and the occasional UHC keeps us on our toes.

Last, some Magicite. Hope I can fool someone to coop it with me

Damn, that's dedication. No matter how much I love those games, I can't bring myself to do all that grinding. Would take all the fun out of it for me.

I'm playing Fallout 3/New Vegas combined with TOTW and Borderlands 2. Oh, and Fallout 1.5 here and there.

  16. Actually DS2's chivs aren't that mych of a headache. The hardest are the ones that require some covenant interaction (namely Bellbros for Hidden Weapon and Sunbros for Sunlite Spear) that aren't that hard anyway, just some time and/or farming.

The most complicated part is definitively getting to midgame twice more times for the last Pyromancy and Miracle. There's a shortcut, but I ascetic'd so much that in some places I get oneshotted, and that's totally on me tbh.

Nothing like DS1, where Knight's Honor is a nightmare, or DS3, where you have to rank max shitty covenants for that single sorcery, or even its "All Rings" one, that does require NG++ when they make no difference there.

It was good, instead of rushing to Nash to finish finally, I had to be metodical and not greedy, while Bonfire Ascetics were a crutch for failure.

Done with Quake 2 and i'm so pissed that 2 parts of the game is still bugged after all these years.. I want 100% secrets and kills god damn it! :P Tried the first expansion but it was so boring from the start that i gave up. CBA.

Installed Darkest dungeon to get the last cards on steam but i was not really going to play it yet.. But it was just too much fun so i've spend and hour or 2 on it.

Tried a puzzle/exploring game called Maize. Probably the best humor game i've played in ages! Sadly it was really short with 3 hours or so.

Alas, I was never able to play Quake 2 for more than a few minutes a day. I loved Quake 1 & 3, but Q2 caused terrible simulation sickness for me.
