Here's a deal you might want to jump on if you do not own New Vegas and have been waiting for it to hit the right price point: GameStop has Fallout: New Vegas at 66% off, which makes it $19.99 on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. For just ten bucks more you can get the pretty swank Collector's Edition on PC, Xbox 360 or PS3.

This deal is mostly interesting for Americans as GameStop charges some pretty steep international shipping rates.

Being a collector of all things Fallout, I'm slightly tempted to buy the CE version so I can get the goodies inside. When I went to purchase it originally at my story, they didn't even carry the CE version. Still, that is a bit too pricey for a re-buy, and I've already read the graphic novel inside.

Because I live in the 21st century and can't get something like this. Can't buy online, can't use Steam etc. Feel so powerless, y' know?

Fantastic deal if you live in the states. Certainly if you like to collect that type of thing.

Well, well, well...my brother is going to NY next wednesday.
I think I will ask him a present. :D

It's interesting that every game after three or four months from the release are solded by half of price and dirty cheap after six months.
I'm starting to think that is better to buy those $ 60.00 games only after that.

I know, I have to control the itching.

Not every game but a lot of them, yes. This is an exceptional deal though, especially for the CE. I already own it, otherwise I'd consider it.

I almost never buy games at full price. Not a lot of games out there that seem worth it.

6.8 user rating??
not enough eye candy?
game too hard?

Do remember, probably some of these reactions are of the same people who went completely gaga over Fallout 3 and Oblivion.
Tells much what their taste is like.

Yup, they need "HURR DURRR, MOAR SHINIES AND KABOOM AND MEGATON GOES BAAANG" to make a good game, rather than plot that makes sense, memorable characters and intelligent approach (well, to, you know, TALK your way troughout the game).

Anyways, too bad I can't get this one :/ I'd really love to see "making of" DVD...
