The neo-nobilities who have vertically integrated industry businesses. From all the way consisting raw material-production-marketing-investment/financial capitals. But at least the Omnicorp Inc has much better product (Ninja, katana wakizashi wielding android vs clumsy Robocop) and Parliament. The Chinese counterpart? Man....what the heck is this apocalypse.

The gun came from when he got his ass kicked by one of those ninja robots I think. They had to UPGRAYDE him.
