How would you fix the radio?

I'd like some fresh music, some ideas how 2077 really sounded like. I mean, they probably would not just listen to music that's a hundred years old, right?
Also, maybe some wastelander music, using improvised and self-made instruments like windpipes and drums made from scrap materials.

I liked the classical station because it didn't have a shitty DJ. Well actually it didn't have one at all. I just turn the radio sound setting down and played that most of the time.

I heard it just had really cliché "classical" music, as if Bethesda just went to a Top 10 classical pieces website page.

Hell, classical from contemporary composers of our world would still work. It's not as if people stop taking an interest in that style of music in their timeline. There's great video game music in that style anyway.

But that and "wastelander" music would actually take money. And Bethesda is nothing if not lazy.

Bethesda really dropped the ball in the music department, no 70's Motown, no 60's folk rock, nothing but crap you'd hear at the Enchantment Under the Sea dance in Back to the Future. Then to make matters worse the playlist is like 10 songs, in a game they claim people can play for 400 hours, they must want people to go ape shit insane with that crap.

Doesn't Wonder Woman have some new songs in that bar in Goodneighbor ?

Everything up to the 80s would work nicely. So much wasted potential for rock, disco, and techno from wasteland bands roaming around with scrap instruments. Can't forget metal and all the varieties of it either!

Yes, but it's not exactly "new" music, but pretty much "normal" Jazz.
They should have hired Sue Saad for the soundtrack.

Since Fallout 4 was basically on Radioactive Dreams' level of maturity, anyway...

To be fair, Johnny Guitar had the same effect on me in New Vegas. Was there a bug or something that made that song play more often than others, because I swear it came on every damn time I opened up the radio.
