Also, I wish there was more about psykers in the series. From what we've already seen, they're pretty damn interesting. To me, atleast.

Basically, an injection which shoots small nanomites in the human body that can take on any form, size and color, which allowes the user to render himself invisible, harden the skin, make him more powerful, allowes him to sprint very long distances and so on. (Basically ripped of the Nanosuit from Crysis). However, these nanomites also flow in the brain , causing servere damage and eventually driving one mad. They also turn it's wearer into a ghoulish abomination, with silver-like skin. Their blood is not red anymore, but thanks to the nanomites, silver.
These experiments where tested in Vault X, a secret vault somewhere, in "location X, an unknown location". The scientists wanted to release their abominations to the wasteland, however the overseer, the last one with a bit of dignity left, destroyed the vaultexit, and sealed the NMA forever in the vault.
