Since I was born and raised in a property that had quite large cork tree forests, and I even remember one year planting those in big fields (cork is valuable and that region of Portugal where I grew up produces a lot of cork). My answer would be:
A cork tree.

That picture was taken when the tree was stripped of it's bark. They usually are grey and bumpy looking when they have the cork bark.
