Interesting Observations on the Fallout Tactics World Map

(particularily all the humanoid robots seemed a bit silly to me - also, why did the robots fire human handguns? They're robots. Make them shoot lazors from their eyes or something, be creative.)
Bethesda's got you covered with ASSaultron! They even throw boobs in for your viewing pleasure.
I will take androids with normal guns any day of the week.

But the GECK isn't some matter modulator/ FEV kit- it was a seed kit with holotapes, with some fertilizer thrown in.

Yes it was, but what if the seeds were corrupted and mutated by FEV?

I would say it's a bit of a stretch. I doubt they could've gotten out of control like they were supposed to in FoT2. Although then we get Vault 22 where exactly that happens so...
I'm not against the idea of an extremely mutated flora, it's actually an interesting idea, but it has to be handled carefully not to go into the wacky and silly territory.

Agreed. I think they got it, they wanted to explore the idea that even if the life was predatory, it was still life all the same, giving it a more grey background.

That's actually the backstory of my (upcoming) story, Fallout: Fountain of Dreams. Nearby Miami, Vault 62's G.E.C.K. seeds accidentally get exposed to radiaton. Combine that with the dangerous mutagens of the Everglades and the Central Florida swamps, hit by chemical and neutron weapons during the war, and oops, you've got yourself a huge scary hive mind of man-eating plants/fungi spreading up north.

I agree- I *like* the core idea, because I really like biology in the post-apocalypse. But I feel like it's too unlikely to have FEV down in Florida, just like in Fallout 3 and 4

Ah fair enough.
