Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

So, yeah. Registered today and all, so i'm guessing that makes me new as well :) So, hello to everyone on the boards (including one or two folks i've seen in others).

Well I'm not exactly new, but I haven't posted here in such a friggin long time that I'm as good as new anyway. SOme of you know me from DaC. Some of you don't. That's good.

I usually don't ask too many questions, so I shouldn't be to intolerable.

Well, a big-old three-toed trailer-park howdy to y'all! I'm Yamu, as the tag next to this post may or may not indicate, and I used to come here on a regular basis in the days of yore (all the way back in the mist-shrouded 90's) to cause headaches in the "General Game Discussion" forum with wild FEV conjecture and Fallout conspiracy theories. I'd occasionally spackle the fiction/art section with my sleep deprived lunacy, and I was also a regular at The Order before they were even hosted here. I don't even have a computer anymore, but I still come home to roost whenever I get the chance, (twice a month if I'm lucky) so I may as well chime in here and say hi to what friends I may have left here.

P.S.: Major kudos to those among you, veterans and neophytes alike, who refuse to swear by the Fallout Bible.

I knew a girl named Yamu in Singapore who was with a guy named Finian. Nice girl really and damn sexy too.

Any relation?

ANd welcome all new people.

Well, I figured I'd make my introduction, since I've started polling around here.

Pope_Viper, age 34 (no cracks, youngsters), currently a IT manager for a Dallas brokerage firm.

Been playing computers and games since 1980, back on an Atari 800, with a whopping 48K of memory, and a 150 baud modem,

I remember playing the original Wasteland when it first game out, if that gives you an idea of the dust that's settled in.

Been an addict of gaming ever since.

Be gentle, I break easy.

Whats up, pope. So we have an elder amongst us... I played Wasteland, an though I admit it was a bit hard on the eyes, it was fun in a sort of warped way. Though fallout is my all favourite.

As for breaking anything, relax, you are among friends... I think.
