Probably wherever they are secretly storing the warheads that have been removed from ballistic missiles and bombs.
We probably have more that are being decommissioned and or stored than are actually deployed.
That being said, there are probably a lot of nukes in the Dakotas (in Minute Man silos and at various Airbases where B-52s, B-1s and B-2s are stationed.
