First, let me say thank you all for the support, the employees appreciate it, and I don't want to fight with anyone, but please remember if I come off as antagonistic this is very personal for me.


no one said anyone had to hire anyone... there is a difference between have to and flat out won't.... (yes this is verifiable) why have both had open positions and the two who applied met the quals and both said no (well they worded it differently but you get the point).

As for Bizzard.... Well first of all lets clarify here Bizzard is a division of Vivendi Universal Games who have an exclusive distribution agreement with IP... If IP doesn't have product to sell these guys don't get money either. Besides, at least one IP employee I know came from Vivendi (pre Vivendi days) so I have checked with his contacts and the company is laughing both here and in France.... Lets hope Herve defaults the agreement, perhaps it will blackball him in France as well (rumor is it already started)
