I was thinking Snidely Whiplash (Dudley Dooright) myself but Dick Dastardly is apt too.

When the report posts you can go to www.sec.gov then on that page find the filings and forms section, go to company filings hit enter, and when it comes up type Interplay Entertainment (it has to be put in this way, otherwise it will not work).

We will know about checks and benefits and company status sometime today.

I will keep everyone posted

Yahoo doesn't post all SEC filings, generally. I use Pink Sheets, http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/filings.jsp?symbol=IPLYE

I just checked the www.sec.gov site, no filing yet as of 15:35 EDT

they post up to the minute (delayed by 5 min) filings everyday.

Check out the site... it is really informative

If I were Herve, I would be heading on the 5 to reach Mexico or Canada (don't think he would go home, as Titus stock was down to 1.28).
