Is Fallout 4 more goofy and zany than Fallout 3?

Well if Bethesda were to ever release a handbook called "How to Properly Market a Game", I'm sure step one would be "Lie to everyone about exaggerated features your game doesn't have while hiding it behind a shit eating grin".
Oh yeah as for crossing out those features that aren't existent in the game, you might as well cross off every word besides the "100s of locations" which is true. 100s of lackluster, wacky, enemy infested, forgettable, mind numbingly dull locations.

If anyone at Bethesda deserves the moniker of "godd" it's the head of the marketing department.

As much as I don't care for Toddy boy I have to admit he is really good at marketing a game case filled with dog turds. He just wants you to stare into his eyes while he tells you those sweet, sweet lies.
 
Todd is the type of guy I hate at the office, the yes man who defends any stupid decision management makes.

I think the worst crime is how the trailer made it seem like there was going to be cage fighting in the game. Lo, and behold, the combat zone is just another location to shoot things.
 
Fallou 4 is combination of goofy and zany - zoony, it doesnt make any sence and its stupid but 12yo's love it.
