Is there a mod for NPC hp scaling?

I am windering if there is a mod out there that can change the npc's hp as the game progress.
As the player can get pretty high hp stats but it looks like the npc's have a set max hp.

Is there a mod that can change that or is it possible for some of the mod makers to make something like a dynamic hp scaling for npc's as well.

For example:

Every "x" level of the player the npc's gain "x" amount to their current and max hp. "x" the number that could be changed to personal taste in an .ini file perhaps?
Like this: "for every 5 player lvl all npc get +20 to their current and max hp value"

There’s multiple “phases” for many of the followers you can recruit, like Vic. You can individually modify each of these “phases”, using the official editor, Mapper2.

IF you mean automatically change a series of NPCs after each stage, then the answer is obviously no. (if you just mean player's companion like Vic, Sulik, or even Miria, that feature already active ingame).

If nothing else, the issue of balancing would be horrendous.

Beside, one central tenet of F1/2 is fixed level average for each region, and gatekeeping. Active levelscaling goes against that.
