Happens the same to me.
People often like to label me as emo for the mid-long streched hair, the striped shirt, the wirst band, the black jeans and the vans/allstar chucks. That kinda piss me off but hey, you can't control square heads and their stereotypic mind. Usually people that does that doesn't even know what emo is. They just like to call it to people who's "different". For them emo is for punk as gothic is for metal, people who's not-mainstream and has their parallel universe; as in weirdos.

Is it that simple? There are plenty of usually less than conscious reasons people adhere to a certain fashion or general fashion. Group identity and status perhaps?

Was talking on general not about the comments on my pic.
I didn't took them offensive, tbh, i was just stating what usually happens "out there". Believe me i can take a lot of "slaps" my shell had so many it got thicker.

I posted the pic since i know what could happen so i think you might had misread my reaction towards the reaction over it. I can have a laugh with myself too ;)

This particular mob is pretty tame and used to people, as they live next to a beach resort, but was possible if it preferred food to the Word. You wouldn't want to be this close with wilder roos, which can be especially dangerous, such as with aggressive males during mating season. A big roo could be kicking your arse whilst easily outrunning you, something to remember if someone says they are cute.
