I(being a 6 year veteran of Fallout) know for a fact that the generator in fallout has nothing wrong with it save for a broken contact. Therefore, it is not to be "repaired", it is to be "unstucked" or ,,Fiddled with,, or maybe even "Kicked in that special way"
