Yeah dude Carib has six different "things" on his chest and I'm not sure if he also has stuff around his belt/on his back. Also he's not even carrying his weapon at the moment.

My guess is one has a knife, one has ammo, one has a water bottle, one has a radio, and one has...grenades?

No that's stupid. It would be confusing to carry many different things in one set of equipment. I bet they're all ammo in that case.
