The thing doesn't *walk*, for chrissake. It skates on its legs, shaking to and fro like a Polish drunkard having a seizure on ice.
Making anything come close to bipedal movement for a thing that size is going to be a major bitch in robotics engineering, especially implementing a gyroscope or some other kind of balance device to the point it's perfectly tuned with leg movement and weight.
There's also going to be the problem of lifting and moving the several-ton legs, continuously, and finding a power source to do so.
