I like hard, too many mods are too easy (and boring) because modders add too much ammo or an uber powerful weapon early on.

I remember playing Chemical Existance for Halflife 1 and really hurting for ammo, or spending ages trying to get out of the warehouse because I didn't realise the alt attack mode on the assault rifle was a flashlight and couldn't see the path I needed to take in the dark.
 
If you keep the balance about the same as the original it should be fine, maybe a few less guns etc.. early in the game.

Yes some mods are far to easy and have guns everywhere/ammo everywhere

Others are far to hard and you need to be a total perfectionist to play them. I mean I hate levels that you acn get stuck on andn they can only be done in the exact right way/order.

I thing that you will find there both type of missions because I have had
same experiences during playing games. Some missions will be easy only for
fun in real time mod with a lot of blood but some will be hard in turn base
mod.
I am still checking in each mission state of ammo and guns. You are both
right if player have powerful gun and armour from start of game it is than
very boring.
I have done more than half missions and I am going to play them from start
because of this reason you mentioned. Only this way I can find out where
will be better to add some weapons and where take out. I can betray that
firs good gun (m16) in the game player can find in mission no. 8 and that is
I thing OK.

Yes The_Chosen I suppose that Campaign will be in english.
But Sorry my language is Czech. Little state in middle of old Europe. In our republic was Russian only when they occupy us past second world war some 50 years. Now we have here only Russian mafia nothing more thanks God. :D
