Life on Mars?

From Article:

"I'd say the chances of it being a living orgasm are far-fetched, however human knowledge about space is extremly limited, so you never know whats out there" one expert said."

WHAT!?!

Pretty fucking ridiculous.

People are stupid.

Believing this is anything other than rock and light makes you stupid.

Give me a break.

Well, it could be metal. Or dust. So believing that is something other than rock and light doesn't make you stupid. Believing it is Xenu warbird makes you stupid.

I pray that it is some sort of statue or something created by a form of intelligence. It would put an end to all that religious bullshit according to which God created the Earth, that we are alone in the universe etc...Y'know, we could move on to more interesting stuff at least...

OMG MARTIANS CREATED THE EARTH AND WE ARE THEIR CHILDREN !

That would just mean that life would essentially be the movie Mission to Mars.

The hardcore religious people won't change even if we discover another form of life out there, if anything it may wind up like Contact and they start blowing things up.

That 'face' is creepy, but trust me when I say, you could make anything look like anything in photoshop. One of the class assignments when I was doing my training for web design was to take an elderly woman and turn her into Miss America.

It would only prove that there are other intelligent beings besides us. Why would it disprove that God created Earth? Just wondering.

probably because of what the bible says on the subject, maximaz. but i suppose that isn't the case for the Quran.

I am not well informed about Quran ,but i think there was this phrase i heard from someone that it has been said that "You are not the only ones Created ..." or something like that .
There is also a Sura specifically for Jinn according to wikipedia :

Well y'know, the religions do not say that there are not life on other planets, actually they say quite explicitly that there are 'other worlds' with god's creations

Yeah but since when has actually following their religious scripture of choice been an activity executed by any religious zealot, they just get what they want out of it and toss out all those goofy little commandments and actual logic? But who needs that stuff anyway?

Fatiha begins with (Something along the lines of) "Praise be to Allah, Master of all the worlds. I remember it being very specific about it being plural.

Picture analysis.

Puh-lease. Rainbow-colored lettering and "plastic wrap" Photoshop filters isn't an analysis.

And that thing is a fucking rock. Unless you believe in GI JOE sized martians.

Praise be to Allah, Master of all the worlds

For what you know they might be talking about continents (old world, new world, these terms were used in history), fictious places (the afterworld) etc.

Yes, the Quran part is right but I thought he meant Christianity and I was wondering if he was talking about anything specific because I can't think of anything.

BTW, it would be totally awesome if it did turn out to be a statue. It's highly unlikely though. Probably, just a shadow, as is the case with the 'face on Mars' but what if

Bah, the thing is only 2 inches, like the NASA guy said, look here.
