Looking for two kinds of mods

Charwo

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
For Fallout 3 or especially new vegas,

1. I want a mod that gives you XP if you FAIL speech checks. Failure is the great teacher and frankly, it would make a playthrough a lot funnier. If it's set up you can continue barter chains anyway and fail ever more epically, all the better. I'm thinking in particular when you are bartering with the BigMT staff for bottlecaps and gear because failing those checks is even better than succeeding but you have to pass the first to get to the second and pass the second to get to the third.

If you got to pivot off of the fails and got to fail all three times and sound like you're you're totally pathetic or just whining epically, that would be amazing.

2. Is there a mod that nets you XP for knocking out targets? Only once for balance reasons but you aren't capping yourself by being non-violent. And of course, anything to let you complete quests by subduing targets without killing them. It's not enough to say I refuse to kill if you play a quest like Restoring Hope where it's REQUIRED someone to kill Dead Sea to complete it. There is a Stun mod, but it doesn't work for Supermutants AND it doesn't register the tied up as dead which means you can't complete quest objectives OR fast travel, making the mod far more trouble than it's worth.

Hmmmm… it's a bit roundabout, @Charwo, but in response to your second requested mod type, have you tried something that modifies fatigue multipliers in some way?

Perhaps something like this, but with the added bonus of registering the unconscious as "dead", maybe.

As far as I'm aware it is impossible to have a character register as dead from fatigue damage. It's not a matter of increasing the fatigue damage, I've played with a lot of mods that drop the fatigue to zero or below, stun ammo in STUN and also knocking people out with a shovel. They are still alive. Sometimes this is useful like sneaking up and tying up the Three Card Bounty Targets so you can go wherever you want in fiend territory and not break the quest but unless there's an exile feature more or less like Perfect pacify where they get turned into a duffle bag with loot and are counted as bad but not in your kill count, there's gonna have to be blood and brains everywhere at some point.

I know there’s a “loot fatigued enemies” mod on the Nexus, but as far as I know there’s nothing like Perfect Pacify for NV; that being said, if you can use STUN with another mod, it might produce a result that’s at the very least similar.

I am sorry for being so unhelpful.

I know I understand. For the record STUN, you tie up enemies, they aren't going anywhere but they ARE NOT DEAD, you must untie them and have a companion kill them to complete the quest. Also, you CANNOT fast travel around them and this is MADDENING.

I know Risewild would likely know if such a thing is possible. My best advice is to shoot him a PM and wait until he gets a new computer (his current one is broken), or hit him up on discord.

I know few years have passed, but the mod like that just came out.

XP for knocking out, new trait, perks and challenges.
It currently adds some new weapons and modifies the vanilla fatigue weapons (plus you have the option to add fatigue damage to others with console command, tested it on Riot Baton from Classic Weapons) plus the option to tie enemies.

Mod author plans to add non-violent way of permanently dealing with NPCs, possibly by turning them in to NCR (raiders and Legion) or selling at Cottonwood (non-Legion).
