Fallout Fan For Life!
NGL, this is probably the best & strangest thing I've seen so far this week. And it's only Monday!
So to briefly recap on what's going here, back in the mid 2010s there was a New Vegas Mod that let you recruit Limp Bizkit Frontman Fred Durst as a companion, pretty much the entirety of his dialogue consists of various sound clips taken from LB songs. And around 7 years ago the mod sadly got lost, due to the original mod creator Ib8068 reformatting their computer, which practically wiped out his entire files archive.
However, thankfully it was saved by someone named UsagiCola who confirmed their own copy of the mod on Twitter. And recently a YouTuber named MickyD posted a video on Twitter showcasing the mod. And this where the odd part comes in...
Out of nowhere somehow, someway, Fred Durst himself catches wind of this, & gives his blessings:
Yeah, what a surreal time we live in!
Overall though, I'd say this is straight up W for the both The Fallout Modding Community,(specifically the New Vegas Modding Scene) & The Lost Media Community.
