As for the camo armors...
Are they old camouflage patterns or modern?

Whilst I think what you're doing is really impressive I've got to say it looks wrong.
I take it you're just editing in the guns and movements onto one model that you've skinned, right?
You can't do that without it looking bad.
If you notice how the original combat armour sprites work there is a lot more movement and so, whilst interesting in their own way, your animations just don't look right.
I suggest you change your method of doing this. It'll take more time but it will look sooo much better. You'll have to open the FRMs for each different Combat armour and change the colouring on each one of those. It'll be a lot more work but it would work much better I'm afraid.
Plus what is that strange thing that happened to his shoulder?
Sorry bud, but hopefully a little bit of constructive criticism will help you make this amazing and not just reasonably good ...
I like this one, but I wonder how you will create realistic animations for firing, dodging, moving, changing weapon (for each of 6 directions).SledNeck said:i also have a prototype of the desert combat armor guy w/ a rifle/ big gun:

There's way to create new animations for heavy guns (not flamer), I think. You must create 3d model of the gun and render it from different positions (based on the rifle animations). Next copy and paste new gun into rifle animations. But I don't know if there's possibility to add new animations to the engine + there will be few other problems...SledNeck said:Continuum said:I like this one, but I wonder how you will create realistic animations for firing, dodging, moving, changing weapon (for each of 6 directions).SledNeck said:i also have a prototype of the desert combat armor guy w/ a rifle/ big gun:

SledNeck said:well in the meantime i kinda made an animation for that gun he's holding:
