Maybe NMA should start chatting on Steam

So there is the NMA Steam Group on Steam. It has got all the Steam Group stuff. But most importantly to this thread is it comes with a chatroom on Steam. The Order uses its chatroom a fair bit but it's kinda funny NMA has a much big group with far more people online but the chatroom is completely unused.

I mean so many people just have Steam running in the background that it is just so convenient to use it as a chatroom.

I'd be open to it. When I get home I'll leave open the NMA steam chat and start talking when I see people on.
 
I normally add the NMAers to my friends list and talk to them personally, but I guess I'd drop by a bit if it was more used

Also; enable the Group Comments back if the idea is to boot it up. It adds some feeling of liveliness and the lazy sorts that don't go on the chatroom can chat there.

Well, first day of it ain't lively. PlanHex and Kilus was pretty much AFK and then left once Millim and I started chattering away like a couple of hens.
 
I must admit I've never used Steam Group chat rooms, and quite often I don't even start Steam Friends.

But OK, I'll take a look.
 
As long as people still post here I am down with it. The Order chatroom is usually filled with afk people too.
 
So guys use this thread when you want to link up and get people to hop on chat. We have a fucking ton of people in the NMA group that aren't on the chat. Spam their inbox or something. ;)
 
I use Discord way more than stupid steam chat. Usually when I have Steam open I am offline anyway (don't want to get interrupted testing TTW or when I an trying to play a game to relax a bit).
Anyway, I could check it out one of these days.
 
Discord is not as good in some ways plus not everyone uses it.
 
I wrote a stupid message on the messge board there. How does the chat work? I don't have a lot of games as you can probably see from my profile. If anyone has CS:GO and wants to play I can tag along.
 
You can add me on steam lolpop109 guys ! Can't say I play many multiplayer games though because my computer is shit. But yeah someone should make a discord or something
 
I have Discord. Not sure who would want to do all that though.
 
Wasn't it 100% free? I'll check it out.
That'll be my way to power, playing subliminal messages in the chat and having you all migrate to Madagascar or something.
