First off: Never apologize for not speaking English as well as a native speaker. At least you have made an effort to learn/speak an additional language. Besides, your English is fine.
I don't think Fallout 2 was originally supposed to have a crafting system. All attempts to add/refine a crafting system came way later. But, the good news is that the crafting system really is not so hard. With the on_death script, any kind of component can be added to any critter when it dies. And Mr. Fixit! really is easy to update. It doesn't take an army of programmers. It requires people who are willing to create artwork, though. And it requires a fair amount of thinking things through to make sure that the things that are added truly have a purpose.
As for the scorpion tails, I guess I could modify it. There are two sizes of scorpions in the game. An easy change. As for making poison potions, scorpion tails are already components for the "poisonous substance" that you can create if you are Hakunin's apprentice.
Are you using the latest Megamod? I fixed that freeze after the gang fight was fixed a while ago. You are talking about the gang fight in the Den Residential area, right? If you still get that freeze every time, then maybe you don't have the latest version of the mod. And, that is the thing to look out for: errors that happen EVERY time you play... not just those that happen every now and then.
Regarding Skeeter in Gecko, remember he will give you a free upgrade if you got the part he wanted.
Regarding the freed slaves, they will pick up items from the ground and loot bodies before you talk to them. Once they are freed (turn invisible), they will not pick up loot anymore.

I am still adding a bunch of things to the Megamod. Many of them are things that may not be readily noticeable, as they are additions from the RP (as well as Endocore's additions to the RP). Still, while I am behind schedule, I still plan on releasing version 2.46 as soon as I can.
