Yeah, it's already been added for the next release (which will be out some time in December). It was an error found just 4 days after the 2.46 release.

EDIT: another bug: Its impossible to return to the BoS bunker that has the huge centaur/alien invasion.

After i go there for the first time, upon returning im given the bunker map to choose which floor i wana go to, but theres nothing to click on, just the "return to world map"

Oh, and the floor selection map is in russian

EDIT#2: Stating to think i should make a list and post it at once:

Marcus cant be recruited - keeps saying theres too much going on. Found missing ppl, fixed purifier, ratted out conspirators, solved chad quest, exiled francis, rerouted power to eric's house did the plant-scorpion quests.

EDIT#2.1 Marcus joined me. He kept saying the ''too much going on'' line untill i had shooed away all of my other companions OR had just 1 other companion (10 charisma char).
Go figure.

EDIT#3 Idk whether the bunker 14 generator can be repaired, but the locked door leading to it cant be lockpicked. It says its locked, but trying to pick it,repair,science,traps it, you get a ''this is the door leading to the generator" message.

EDIT#4 Gamebreaking bug in bunker 14: when you go down to the room with ardenius, the game cannot be continued. Going back upstairs results in you walking into pitch-black limbo for eternity, marked as "ruined city". Going downstairs results in walking in the walls of an area that is described as "warehouse district beside epa, surrounded by foul-smelling pools".

In any event: unless you reload a save game that is prior to progressing into the area where you fight ardenius, your game is screwed

If anyone can help, I've installed this mod, but the game is very laggy and very slow, What could it be wrong?
 
Thats few time happen to me to.
When you notice, after launch, that the menu screen loading to slow imidietli (on 1. moment you can) exit game.
Try launch again lather.
If it happens often try look on Launch as Administrator and look on m2_res.ini to set something that dint look right.
Maybe COLOUR_BITS=8

That generator door and generator itself were missing some code. I have fixed them and also added some new dialog. However, looking through the scripts, I think the authors intended that the door could only be opened under a specific circumstance. Gaining access is basically through a quest given by one of the characters inside that vault. If he asks you to do him a favor (i.e. fixing that generator), he will tell the guards to unlock the door.

I have also fixed the two stairwells on the fourth level (the level with Ardenius) and they now lead to the correct maps.
 
In my play-through encountered two issues. Myron speaks only in errors....and the map of the Bos Bunker lacks the level markers....any suggestions or workarrounds?

Hello there fellow huma-ans.

Love the mod so far but encounters a game-ending bug it seems. I'm trying to leave the small area north-east of the Den, the one with a ghoul and a car crash. When i try to leave i get the end-game screen from the shaman saying the village is dead, I've done the poison quest for Arroyo so the crops are saved, and I've gotten the GECK quest. I have no idea what caused this end-game sequence to occur, so here is a link to the save game.

I'm using original CD-install (maximum from a ISO) and its been working as a charm until now.

Well, I've fixed the bug, but I can't believe that this one was never found before. That location is one of the first mods I ever added to the MM (the 5th, to be precise). Anyway, the creators of that mod used an Arroyo critter for the shell of that script. There was a lot of Arroyo code left in the script. When you killed that ghoul, it made you an enemy of Arroyo, and thus caused the game to end.

You can continue from that map if you use a savegame editor and change global variable 7 back to 0. Otherwise, you will have to go back to a game from before you killed that ghoul.

Edit: And the same bug also exists in the critters of Bunker 21 (the two locations were part of the same mod). So, don't kill anyone there, either... not until after the next release, anyway.

Yea wow all this actually makes alot sense, I was trying myself to find what thing/quest failed in the varials but i just missed this one. It easily worked, but hypothetically, if you accidentally (forcefully) do the same thing in Bunker 21, you can change it in the variables just the same as the truck area?
 
Yes. Again, the creators of that mod used the Arroyo critters for the shell for the Bunker 21 critters. Global variable 7 was the same one in those scripts. (I have already fixed it in all of the scripts for the next release).
 
i have just started the game, and i am about to retrive the vault 13 suit.
But first i must defeat that gut that blocks the door. This is where my problem comes in.
the conversation starts normally, but no matter which option i pick, he just says error error error..
is this a bug ? and in that case, how to fix it ?

I had the same problem when I was using the GOG version. You need to install it with an actual CD/iso and choose maximum install.
Uninstall GOG version, restart computer, find a orginal CD/iso of the game and make a install path into C:\Fallout2 for the least amount of problems, use maximum install. Install megamod as usual and it should work fine.

I am trying a brute with maxed out STR and AGI but doing 0 or 4 damage. Ants in trial took a long time to kill so I tried to avoid as many. Plants in Arroyo as well only took 0-3 damage, Kaga was hard so I ran. Geckos are kicking my ass as well. So I am wondering if I am supposed to be doing little damage unarmed and need to plan out better or is the game simply bugged out for me.

Seems the trait Finesse actually bugs out unarmed damage pretty much, even if you get a +5-8 max melee damage boost, and even if you are using Power Fist (even Mega version) you still do weak damage hand to hand. I had the same problem as Naoki and tried a character without finesse, now i actually do decent amount of HtH damage, even with knuckles/power fist.

Also noticed that Death Claws do weak, weak unarmed damage. They crit for 1-2 and usually do 0 damage, even in combat armor. Mutated rats and über rats do more damage, even when wearing Power Armor.
 
Check the previous page. @Endru1241 provided me a fix regarding combat damage. The fix will be out in the next release (which will hopefully be available this month).
 
So what I've noticed when trying to work for the Wright family, the dad instantly hates me and shoots on sight, even after talking to their son. At first i thought it was the child killer and grave digger karma perks, but now with a brand new char the problem still exists.

Also, scouting the basements in both New Reno and Broken Hills, for the Cold Hearts quest line, I don't get the quests completed. I've even tried changing the Gvars and it gets completed, but i cannot "turn it in". Or are they just supposed to give you information about Allgernon and that the weapons in the general store exist?

I have no idea why Wright may be acting like that.
As for scouting out those basements, they should only be marked as complete once you talk to Fence about it, if I remember correctly. Have you spoken to Fence? You only have to visit those locations and report back to him.

On a side note: I was hoping to have the update out before I started traveling, knowing I would not work on it then. I missed my target. So, the next update will not be out until the beginning of February.

it would seem killing Tubby before doing that quest messed it up pretty bad. This new char didn't kill Tubby and completed all those quests without problems, you actually report to Lucas or w/e his name is, the right hand man.
The basements quests worked perfectly now, even if you visited them before hand.

Funny. Although, I do consider every release a beta that people are testing. ;)

I do have my laptop with me. As long as it is not too temperamental (the wi-fi card is a bit wonky), then I can release it by next weekend. After that, a release will have to wait til the beginning of next month since a fast Internet will not be available to me until then.
