Millenia's arts thread

Millenia

First time out of the vault
Well I'll be posting some post-apoc art by me in here (Mostly 3d models, guns and shiz)

Here's something I did a few days ago, M31 shotgun (Model by ShadesofElliot, textures by me)

And here's something I'm working on now: Taurus Raging Bull (Model by Wannabe, wip textures by me)

Got the Raging Bull done. Hope that Fallout 3 will be easy to convert models for since I really want these things in it :D

STOP RIPPING OF X-CON!1!~~~2!

Cool to see that you "finaly" got your own style.
My only crit is that the wood on the shotgun doesn't really look real, it's something with the lighting I think.

Wannabe? didnt he used to make CS weapon skins & anims?

anyhow, very nice. the only possible comment that i can give is that the shotgun shells feel a bit off.

yes i think milenia is from Fpsbanana

look how famous you are.

Those Weapons are really nice, but what i really want to see are some Fallout Total Conversions like the Vindicator Minigun, the LaserRifle, The Ripper Knife, and of course all other items. :)

Now the only thing what Bethesda need to add are some good modding Tools for Fallout 3, so guys like you can make some real Fallout3-Mod.

I'm really not from FPSB, though I do have an account there ;P(I started out at CDG, the #1 place for CS / CSS modding)

But yeah I agree, FO3 will need nice modding tools which it will prolly have, considering Morrowind / Oblivion have good modding tools

Awesome. Really sweet to finally see someone spend some time on the textures. Keep up the good work

Most people that popped out of the HL communites have quality skins. If you've been a part of any random skinning community then you know what I'm talking about.

Btw mil, what texture maps are you using, 512s?

I know there are a lot of quality textures out there (the zbrush community tends to be awesome at that). I was refereing to people on this forum, but I get your point.

Yeah Stolve I use 512s almost always, I find them easier to work with ;P (And of course I prefer HL1 engine games over HL2 engine games)

Here's something I modeled and skinned for Resident Evil: Cold Blood:

you are a professional modeller/skinner,

so tell us for which company are you working? :wiggle:

maybe bethesda fallout 3, maybe stalker, eh, eh? :wiggle:

it's funny how often player/fan-made skins are often better than what actual companies come up with.

i think those free modders are better because they have no time limits or anybody who tells them, what they should do.

a monkey in a cage is not the same monkey as one in the wilderness

Well the cooking knives are exactly like Bethesdas blunt weapons so one might belive in this reckoning, but I hardly
would belive in it(cause he lives in finland). The blades aren't sharp enough nor is there a mass in the back of the
edge, instead there is a hole in there, so what's the deal with that. "It's heavy, it's bulky and not at all made
to cut trough armor, none what so ever." But, thought it's totally useless, it looks nice. :D

In Fallout's it's cause they can't use as many polygons.
