you know how people say "oh its a shooter and an RPG but does neither well"

well at least this helps it do one of the above a bit better.

Point taken , sorry for my rambling . I really wasn't into the first mod that much .

My "hate" is that it transforms the whole game , and when you need a mod to do that it tells exactly that the game fails . I think it doesn't simply because I never had the problem with both games in vanilla style no matter the difficulty or equipment or **** VATS(Bethesda made that)
So i don't really see why the need to mod it as you say . But as i say mod it completely like that it is different a little to much . I think there is no "balance" if you can zoom like that , tackle or bullet-time , apart from that skill are just numbers that should be kept high .
But i will try out the mod and judge more , my experience comes only from other games like that and not that mod .
 
well, the FO3 Wanderer's Edition mod lets you balance the game yourself. you can multiply the number of spawned enemies and make them tougher. and you can raise the amount of xp needed to level up. I'm hoping for something like that along with this mod or a package that includes both.

It was in MMM, not in FWE. FWE don't affect number of enemies
