More rumours on shady dealings by Caen

Well, considering that any further development of the Fallout license is, at least for the moment, tied to the health of Interplay, these stories will provide future direction on what's going to happen.

As you said, you're way ahead of us recommending that you don't bother coming here.

I told Luke that I had fears that Herve was going to somehow take over the company and go private with it, which would make my shares nonliquid, but he said that that would not make much sense based on what Herve just did. Obviously, Herve bought the shares, expecting the share price to go up. He already has control of the company and it would not be in his best interest for the company to move to a private type situation where the stock would be nonliquid.

This isn't so silly after all..

What SGCP does

Definition of leverage buy out

I just found out Herve already worked with that company in another tough times situation at iplay, not sure if it was in 2002 or 2003 though. Still i`m leaning towards the LBO, we`ll see.

How about this ? FO:POS was ment to be shitty, whoring Black Isle was exactly planned and few similar steps were taken so IPLY hit the bottom so Herve could buy it's shares for peanuts and them make a profit of this ? :D:D:D

I don't know whether it had anything to do with recommendations by SGC, but somehow this reminded me of something that I was looking at when I was first researching Interplay as a possible investment about a year and a half ago...

You guys may already be aware of this, but Interplay offered a security interest in the Fallout trademark (among others) as collateral for funding by various creditors over the years. Here's the history of the Fallout trademark.

I told you guys that there was something wrong with the story Luke Haase was telling:
1- I found that post on the raging bull forum:

OT: I spoke with Luke Haase today, and he said that Vivendi and Avalon both owe Interplay money and that they are expecting payment from them sometime this week. Vivendi is currently going through a big transition in their management, and they are just now trying to catch up on things. Once Interplay receives the payments that are due to them, then they will make a formal announcement and immediately file with the SEC that they are now able to pay their rent, taxes, and payroll. They are expecting a payment in the range of 3 million dollars. Interplay is also right now in negotiations to sell an intellectual property to raise additional capital and has begun preliminary talks with several banks in order to raise money to fund all of their current and pending games.

Answer by Lukas Haase:
1. I cannot confirm that all of these statements are factual.

Sure he can`t, i already explained why.
