Mutants Rising site is back

The whole Tower is a scenery (three pieces) and there should be no critter. I don't know why there's one...

If you look closely at the screenshot critter is overlapping the Tower (it looks very shitty...).

I was actually trying to work out a way to get to the top of the tower, but it would take a lot more work.

There's also another picture on the website of an upstairs level where you can actually see the town rather than just a black screen. this is something I've been working on. :D

Chris, I think I know a way to get up there, err well sort of.... It would cause other problems.

Is it just a optical illusion? Or can you walk in the first etage of this building too? Or do you build the map twice and switch the level to a simliar, when the player uses a ladder or stair?

I'm playing with an idea of tiles / scenery etc... it's a work in progress at the moment. :D

You'll never be able to do such thing with scenery only. You must cut whole art (in other words - change 3d model) into walls, tiles (+ roof) and scenery. Not to mention how to resolve it via scripts (ladder problem)...

I actually do not know many goodies that would have skills and nerves for a dirty work like that.

Ghostus, where are you, you great but flossy bastard? :|
