New Administrators include Montez and Per. Montez is a long time member of the community and Per is perhaps best known for his excellent walkthroughs. Both are helping out as we repair the site and plan for expansion. Welcome both!

I miss kicking his ass too. It was a little fun because he would ban me right afterwards but otherwise i have good memories.

Note: The previous was a bit of sense of humor in case you are completely deprived of it and take everything up your asshole.

Roshambo had some noble intentions in defending Fallout but he did it in a blind and less noble way. One thing is to defend Fallout another is to throw crap to everything that isn't Fallout and justify yourself with that. That is shooting your own foot and killing your own argumentation.

It's much more smart to work out on something like an open source crpg engine or some free content pack in the Fallout mood that can be used by all. It's very unlikely that anyone will ever create a crpg with philosophy of Fallout anymore. People don't spend millions of dollars in a game to create an artwork so the only viable solution is either free or indie games.

You can ban me now.

By the way i liked the insect avatar more. Could someone replace my avatar?

Rosh is writing a book.
The book is called: "On The Meaning Of Life And The Fabric Of Reality" and he has asked good ol' wishy-washy alec to make illustrations for it.
It'll be published next year, probably by Faber and Faber.

By the way: Rosh has also made it perfectly clear to me that he wants good ol' wishy-washy alec to be appointed as head moderator of NMA. He said that "an honest, intelligent and loyal member" as me "should be given the authority he deserves." He also commented on my personality. He said that "there is more charisma in your left big toe than there is in the whole team of moderators now present." I said that that was probably an exaggeration, but he firmly shook his head. "You're the future of NMA," he said, "and I will see to it that you can take your rightful place on the throne."

Once I reign supreme, you will be first against the wall.
And I can draw. Granted: my favourite style is quite simple, but it's simple for a purpose: you try drawing panel after panel filled with basically the same kids. You need simple characters for that. Look at Peanuts or Krazy Kat: simple but o so efficient. I'm really good at portraits though (honestly), but since I have a fulltime job and not much free time, I tend to use the time I have filling the book.

Anyway: congrats to Montez and Per! I will need lackeys like you two in due time.
