No compromise on the power armor deal? Honestly, why keep it on your character if he stands the chance to get caught in it? And once again, why the P90? Besides traveling 150 years into the future, did he also walk the brisk path from America to Belgium to pick up a P90?

Ditch the power armor. I'm absolutely adamant on this issue. I swear, I will go bugshit on you if you insist on keeping this piece. The P90 could use a change, too. It's not a common weapon (and despite you playing Counter-Strike, spec ops aren't normally equipped with this submachine gun). And don't make him a marine. There *are* no marines in this setting.

I've already gone over why power armor, a P90, and being a marine doesn't fit. Reread my posts again.

Here's a suggestion: give some common place armor. Most common would be hardened leather or a breastplate made of pieced together steel plates. Or you can even go for kevlar or vests filled with ballistic plates. Then give him a simple weapon that is very common place, nothing modern. Once again, mass produced World War 2 weapons are fine; Thompsons, Grease guns, Garands, B.A.R.'s, etc. Then have him be a mercenary or bounty hunter or something without any affiliations (unless it is a Lone Wanderers affiliations).

Once again, change your character before opting to join Lone Wanderers. As welsh already mentioned, you're barging like a bull into a shop full of fine china. Don't just fuck up the story because you want it to coincide with your pitiful fan fiction (I say it like it is).

I'm obviously mad since your last post shows that you still don't understand the whole setting of Lone Wanderers. Either actually read the entire story (not just the summaries!) so you know more about the setting. Or, better yet, start another RPG of your own that lets you be Marine, the man from the past with power armor and futuristic guns.

The same company that makes the M-16 and the M249 SAW make the P90. It isnt the most common in the states, but its here. I have a cousin on a SWAT team that has a P90, and I got to shoot it once. Its an awsomne weapon

abd as far as the power armour, I only meanr to have it long enough for it to break down.

BTW, I've never played CS, so I dont know were that came from.

OK, well as I recall the P90 did show up in FO2 so I am fine with that weapon. The power armor issue has been resolved.
Right now Marine has just a set of clothes for protection.

Colt/Armalite makes the M-16. Fabrique Nationale makes the M249 and the P90. It is manufactured in Belgium and the United States only receives it from export, not by manufacture.

Why I have qualms about the P90: it's a sophisticated weapon that has no bearing in a post-nuclear world. Outside of a specialized role (military and police), I can't imagine how any bloke would be able to pick up one. Plus, it's chambered for 5.7mm rounds, ammunition made specifically for the P90 and its sidearm. Since the United States doesn't manufacture this round, how are you going to find bullets? I'm suggesting that you ditch the P90 also.

And here's the general equipment vibe of Lone Wanderers: rag-tag and self-manufactured. Hunting weapons or World War 2 weapons. Zip guns. Mass manufactured guns like the Kalashnikov. Something you could loot from a limited armory.

Try to keep into that setting.

I agree with Gunslinger. Hold onto the P90 for now, but you will have to lose it and replace it with something more appropriate.

I planed to. It uses a 5.56 mm steel core round.
I Plan 2 have my characther have around 10 Mags worth of ammo left (the Mag isnt that big, and he had been in PA b4)

so after 500 shots he's outta ammo.

and since guys in PA are coming up, he uses most of the ammo on them (a P-90 slug is designed to pirece current day kevlar, so it will have a slight effectivness aginst PA, compared to the other weapns, plus the characthers intimate knowledge of PA's weak spots)

so after 500 shots he's outta ammo.
500 SHOTS??? Do you have ANY clue how long that will take? This isn't some stupid action movie.

Pscyho- Ok, two clips. 100 shots.

And learn to spell and use words not numbers. That or the torture session will not end well for you.

Ok, 2 clips it is.

And Smar, I plan to ditch the armour. I have a plan on how to ditch it. Do you remember in the Sierra Arms Depot when you revive the soldier from the Bio Med gel how he dies ? I plan to have my characther have a similar, though not fatal, problem that causes him to leave the main group to seek out some old military base to get himself healed. In that, he looses the armour.

For fucks sake! I'm just about to lose my temper here, dermal fuck the chook armour has nod place here AT ALL, read my ooc post i posted a few mins ago.

I have no place here(since i'm not a rolelayer), but Psycho, your guy is rediculous AT LEAST lose the whatthefuckyoumacallit armor, I mean come on.

Try to be constructive.
As I have stated allready, I am steping down my characther.
He WILL lose the armour. (If you dont remember were that kind of armour comes from, you need to play FO2 more)

hehehehe, yes there is

Browse the computer by the nurse in the vault city nurse with high doctor skill. It will eventualy mention the armour

After that, visit the Doc in the Shi city, He'll do the armour surgery.

PsychoSniper, HE is not the one who is trying to cause a problem(Okay, maybe he is. But that doesn't matter.), YOU are. The dermal armor has no place here. Why? Because it's bullshit. First of all, it held back a percentage of damage in Fallout 2, secondly, it was some kind of super-thing, and it's extremely improbable for anyone to get it. Furthermore, the fact that you plan to dump it doesn't matter, the fact that you brought it in AFTER complaints about you having a super-character matters. Obviously, that isn't really showing good-will.
