Notice my clever use of the news title to grab your attention? Do I have it? Good. Because this is New Vegas: The Short Movie. Can you believe it? Well, when I tell you it doesn't seem to be related to Fallout at all you'll probably start believing me.

This post-apocalyptic C&D-waiting-to-happen short was shown at IndieCan on October 2nd, 2010, and it has an exceedingly crappy trailer available on IMDb.

Anyone know anything of this mysterious coincidentally-named short or its awesomely-named director, Rusiko Lomtatidze? Share your tales around the campfire.

This is why I dont go to strip clubs. I'm embarrased for the girl's lack of talent.

That was just horrible.

Voice acting aside...what the heck was that?!? No footage no nothing, I don't even...argh!

Not sure on the C&D thing either, settings aside, "Indie" projects have generally been grey territory, guess it just depends on the company.

Cease & Desist. An order rights holders can send out requesting the removal of works using their property. It's true C&Ds for non-profit works are more rare but not unknown for Bethesda.

This might fall out of their scope as just being kinda weird.

If the directing of the trailer says anything, this is a really, really, bad movie. Why did it go on for 10 seconds, without narration or music, of a chick pole dancing?

I mean, look at the sign at the beginning, that alone looks like being done in 5 minutes with paint. And the last 30 seconds are really without any sound?

Well yeah, compared to that at least death cannot be much of a disappointment.

What the devil was that? Almost 2 minutes of trailer and no cats? This film will surely fail.
