NMA Podcast Round 5 - Interview with Chris Avellone!

Sounded fantastic. Only fault I could find is that the text kinda scrolls way too quickly, had to pause at several moments. Really solid answers from Chris, can't wait to listen to the whole thing. Great job, guys!

Thanks.

The text speed and fade I can fix pretty easy, once I get all the audio work done. For now, it's an average of five seconds per display, so maybe 50% longer will help.
 
Sounded good so far.
I couldn't listen to much as I had to leave for work, but what I did hear, I liked.
 
Chris had a point on the initial conversation with the Think Tank, though. It was very interesting and fun, but it is one of the major complaints on the DLC, half an hour of steady talking can be a bit too heavy.
Looks very promising, hope he chills a bit during the interview, he looked a bit nervous imo
 
With the overly long think tank part he was mentioning, sounds like MCA really knows what gamers want like being able to find out things for yourself instead of having a huge info dump thrown at you. Still thought the beginning of that was funny , just wish it didn't drag on as long.
 
I'll stand by what I said to him in this case: I felt it was as long as it needed to be.

Since we were recording with Teamspeak, if you can come on the server for an hour or so on, say, Sunday or Monday, I can record the answer you wanted to give and splice that into the final video.

I can rerecord my lines on the same audio track, then it's just a matter of splicing them together.

I'll likely be done with the video by then, so we'll add you towards the end of the line of responses after Chris' question. For now, I'm double checking for any future moments where we mention that incident, so they can be cut. (I'm leaving in Chris' joke after me and Ranger started sweating bullets about it.)

EDIT: I found some Russian kids on the server when I logged on a few minutes ago. Kicked them out and set a password. (NMA)

It's raining like crazy down here, so I'll keep the client running until I hear someone come on.

Otherwise, the video is pretty much done. Just need to your (@MercenarySnake) post-recorded answer to Chris, then I can start fine tuning and rendering.

Since I haven't heard from Mercenary, I'll finalize the podcast video and post it as soon as I can.

When possible, I'll rerecord my lines and post an mp3 of that version.

Not really. If you can get onto Teamspeak today after 8:00 p.m. CST, I should have everything ready to record. (My power was out all day yesterday, so, yeah.)

And I was wondering what happened.
