OH FUCK!

Hold your horses...looks like the US may need to invade another nation...or get stuck in a standoff as they suddenly demand South Korea disarm.

Sincerely scared shitless,

Not just North Korea, either. I give Iran under 2 years till they're churning out nukes. Don't worry, after a relatively secular regime takes over (in 2044), there will be an islamic revolt that disperses thousands of nukes to terrorists. Unfortunately, Musharaff will have already been offed, thus the terrorists will already be nukularly armed. Of course, with all of the US's recources being devoted to Iraq, we won't stop them.

You know what, that is a VERY interesting theory. Sit back and think about it? If most of the countries in the world have nukes how do you think it will take for someone to use one? Look at how many countries have nukes. Also, how long do you think it will take for at least one nuke to get into the wrong hands? In all seriousness, I know of ways to build some AWESOME fallout shelters.

You people need to stop making random assertions that sound cool:
1-NK has had nuclear capabilities for a long time. They have had nuclear plants for many years, and the Clinton administration participated in several efforts to provide Korea with lightwater nuclear reactors and attempt to prevent them from aquiring nuclear weapons.
2-NK lacks any delivery system to launch a nuclear missile. Obviously, they can't launch a fleet towards the US to launch weapons from closer range, and they have no ICBMs. A while back Kim tried to show off his power by launching a missile over Japan. It got about half way, landing in the middle of Japan. It was designed to not cause any damage.
3-NK is always positioning for more world attention. Remember a while back during negotiations with Bush, saying that they would "Bathe the west in fire?" Funny, I don't FEEL hot.
4-There are massive movement for democracy in Iran now. Get your facts straight.
5-Pakistan already has a massive US presence, and isn't in much danger to fall into civil war.
6-Too many countries have nukes? I believe there are 5 or 6 (US, Russia, China, India, Pakistan, some others in the west). In areas where nuclear programs have fallen apart (South Africa and Russia), international groups have ensured that nuclear weapons are either secured or destroyed. Contrary to popular belief, there are no loose nukes floating around.
7-Nuclear armed terrorist =/= nuclear war. Or detonation of bombs in America, for that matter. It would be pretty damn tough to smuggle a nuke into the US, especially considering someone would notice a missing nuke in advance.

such a juicy post...

3- I feel hot, and the west will, at this rate feel very warm by the end of the century.

4- Iran is a controlled democracy controlled by theocratic(SP) regime. There is a movement for a real democracy in Iran, but if you read my post, I think I mentioned that after a secular gov't took over, the country fell into turmoil as fundementalists threw the country's rathar islamic populous into a holy war against the crazy infidel secularists.

Pakistan is completely under gov't controll and influence. I agree. Especially those mountain villages on the afghan border.

6- this is exactly why more countries having nukes is a bad thing. And, of course, we can trust the russians, Chinese, pakistanis, and Indians all be reliable in telling us right away that they're missing a nuke? After all, china did very well in alerting the world community in the recent SARS 'epidemic'.

7- you know, because we're screening the trucks carrying the mexican illegals for nukes as they enter. and the boats carrying Cuban illegals. and all the cargo containers as they enter our ports. Ill finish up this post later, at about noon or noon-thirty Central time...
