tried the game it works problem is its too slow and laggy... then I realize it was release around 2007. I can't play games beyond 2004 or rather games that needs 512mb above, only got 256mb at my desposal also games that uses pixel shader and openGL. but now I know what elements they ported to fallout 2.

this are my specs and I know its saddening.

this are the games I can play more or less. I had Mafia but half way through the game it just lag and slowed down so I deleted it.

Sorry to hear that you have such a low end PC. I know what that is like. Not having the money to get a decent PC. I've been in such a situation, many times in my life and it fucking sucks. But the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games will always be available for you(5 years from now, 10 years from now) unless Earth gets hit by an asteroid or something. Check out the sub reddit r/lowendgaming if you are looking for new games to play.

yep it is what it is, lets just hope nothing drastic happens in those years to come.
 
Hello again.

1. If there is no background music:
Open fallout2.cfg and correct the line music_path1=../data/sound/music/ to music_path1=../sound/music/
Sorry, In different localizations in different ways.
2. If the sound wheezes:
open fallout2.cfg
in the line [sound] cache_size=275 up to 448 (or high) or delete numerics.

3. No messages on the PDA
When you start the game there is a "PDA", but not always, visible the text messages. Restart the game several times.
- left key in pda - Pass the temple
- right key in pda - Skip the temple

This mod is unsurprisingly strange but still good (but it is poorly written and seems very linear) and it manages to amazingly carry Stalker atmosphere into Fallout. Thank you @_Pyran_ ! Some aspects of this mod are great, some are just very disappointing.
Anomalies and artifacts are awesome! Just wow. And some new models, new art...

I am being stuck in X12 lab. Mjr Formin sent me there to retrieve something, I took data from skeleton and kept going down, but after fourth stairs my character disappears completely, I see the lab entrance and I can't move, I can't do anything. If I go back to Formin he doesn't want to speak with me. Does anyone know what to do? It is a bug clearly.
I'd really like to complete this mod.
 
I can not tell you.But give the saves in front of the entrance to the floor.

The error was in hi-res (no lines for sector) - fixed. Also added a new background to the menu.
