Horst Jagermeister sounds interesting... You just have to love a politically incorrect char :roll:
Edit: ok, if the Jagermeister is not quite available I could go with the Detective, hell he's as close to an Investigator as one can get :roll:

i'm pretty sure you can have both FB, if you feel inspired enough to play them all.
 
Alright, now here's the thing-

I hope you will all take these basic characters and make them your, fun but realistic too. Ideally you give them all even time.

I am going to wait to start this until we have five players- one for each of the helicopter staff. Players that come later can pick up the salck.

Fireblade- I envisioned the priest as a more wise, but disgruntled fellow. Kind of like Harvey Keitel's priest in Dusk till Dawn.

I see the skinhead guy as a real scumbag.

I am going to post the first IC.

I am glad to have three good players here. But I'd like to have two more before we start, ideally we should have 6-7 players, but that might be asking much.

Give this a few days. If you have pictures for your characters that you'd like to use, let me know. As far as I am concerned, hollywood actors work well for this.

So patience folks - and if you want to recruit a few players, great. The more the merrier.

I am also tempted to ask that each person play a female character as well- just to keep it balanced.

No one picked up Mr. Foo- funny-he's actually based on a retired commando.

Also if you have characters you'd like to submit, let me know. These are just the canned ones.

I have three more to add- Beth, Robert and Duke.

Remember- the only characters that are guaranteed to survive for at least a year are Robert and Beth.

as for the women stuff: we've been over that before. women are a incomprehensable. :p

doing some spit & polish on my chars atm, will post result later.
 
Mr. Foo looked like he would have been my first choice, but that is precisely why I didn't want to play him. He is too much a character I would instantly snap up, and that means I already had an idea for how I wanted him to go. That would have been bad, because the other characters are different a bit from what I might normally want. This is a good thing.
 
I'd like to play, but I don't have a lot of free time and Systematic Annihilation takes up much of it. I've been leaning towards playing Mr. Foo as well as Bo the State Trooper and Stephanie Bridges. However, if someone else really wants to play any of those characters, feel free to take them. I read the intro and it looks great so far. I've played CoC before, but not for a long time (except a one-shot LARP at a convention which had different rules), but I'm sure I can pick it up again.

You know I was kind of hoping we would find some actual females to play the female characters... I mean some sort of emotional bonds are bound to develop here and frankly I think it could get weird if we only have guys writing here... you know... The Order weird :look:

I hear you brother and feel your pain! Especially when the dreaded PMS hits... now that is the ideal time to go on a fishing trip, to a remote location, very remote... bring booze, smokes and a fried or two and hold up there until the storm passes. It's the only way to survive! :roll:

That is unless you guys think we need to *get in touch with our feminine side* or something... just saying 8)
 
I'm not familiar w / CoC Rules- But- Im still very interested.
I would like to play Jim Kerr - Fish and game; Luke the Hunter, or I could play flip - the skinhead scumbag (If no one els will)

As handy said - If anyone wants to play any of these cheras- go ahead.

I think we have five players if Mr. Handy is in. Mr. Handy - might you play Mrs Foo too?

Stompie- I'd like the first five players to play at least three characters, as I expect the body count will be high.

I think Luke is already called. Flip the scumbag is fine.

I am going to wait for about a week until to start so you guys can continue working with the characters.

Ideally make them your own. Pm if you have questions.

Yep- I shall have to make some edits on the character thread to get that sorted out.

This week I will be answering personal questions about your characters or providing information before we begin. Give it about a week to start.

Also I plan to add a few more characters to the thread this week-

Duke, Robert, Beth and two or three others.

Tomorrow....hopefully tomorrow I will post up at least the truck stop character, if not all three of mine. Sorry for the wait, but real life is kind of acting up.
