Fallout Tactics mod (Old thread) ENCLAVE mod downloads Full version with bugs fixed

Well, managed to download and install this mod and it seems cool. That being said, i stopped playing it because there are a lot of issues with it ...

A few examples:

The second mission where you have to use the helicopter or whatever you wanna call it, you cant fire your rockets, there is no weapon to fire them (or im missing something) so it takes a few tries to kill everyone with that chaingun on the aircraft.
The aircraft movement is bugged, i still cant figure out how to move it, after you take off the first time I cant seem to be able to move it elsewhere on the map. Rather, it sometimes moves and sometimes doesnt ...

Another thing, after the second mission, where you have begin the cleanup with your soldiers, some of my soldiers are stuck at the spawning area, i cant move them (and im not alking about the marines, by my characters, they are stuck near the aircraft).

There are also several other issues with it, items without a description which i dont know what they do and not a single message or something telling you what you should do. It took me a while to understand what to do and where to go (especially in the base, finding that computer that gives you the mission was a "challenge").

This mod has potential but atm its unplayable (for me anyway). Idk, it might be just me, maybe i didnt install it properly? Or im missing something ... there is no documentation, nothing.

Also, out of curiousity, what exe you use to launch the game ? There are 2 of them called "BOS.exe" and "Enclave MOD 点这个玩.exe" ... which one is it?

I tried both and both seem to do the same thing so i was using the "BOS.exe" ... ?
 
Help me, I just downloaded this mod today (after finding my FT game). I'm doing the first mission, I destroyed the SAM site, rescued the leader (main character) and practically killed everything, but it won't let me finish the mission, there is no exit. I have tried this mission 3 times and every time the same outcome, it just won't let me complete the mission.
Also I have noticed the game crashes to the desktop a few times when I tried to start a new game.

Make sure u have delete all the former Enclave files if u set it up before, turn lower tiles, 800*600*32 would be fine, don't use turn based.
 
Well it was the first time I used this mod so it would be clear anyway, but I deleted it and started fresh with the 800*600*32, went all through the mission again, destroying the sam site and getting the leader, but still no green exit zone in the left side of the map. Am I doing something completly wrong? And I didn't use turn base at all.
Oh and the crashes to desktop it comes up message bos.exe not working. (by the way I am using the enclave.bat to start the game, I hope thats correct).
Also the quick starting mission at the start when you have to get into the apc to be transported (been chased by a mutant and a dog) that showed a green exit zone, so the green shows.
And my tactics is patch 1.27 if that helps in any way.

A new Enclave version will be out tomorrow 2.8 and that will fix 90% of all the bugs including the first mission or to be more specific mission02.mis exit grid bug.
 
Like it, but a few bugs

I'm liking the mod so far but I have some strange bugs.

I can take off the handcuffs any time (not sure if bug or not)
My CG can only fire a minigun while crouched or prone
Several items have no description
Equipping armor on my CG changes the sprite to a human
Human CG can shoot any weapon.
Enclave Vault doesn't have a hanger for me to 'park' my Hummer.
RobertHouse seems to be a team mate in the bottom cell while my character starts out on top of the dead nrc body (with several items on both characters)
Also, I'm not quite sure but some Enclave sprites are on the screen inside the Enclave Vault, but the map doesn't show them and I can't talk to them. Not sure if that's a bug.
I can't unlock the two rooms with scientist or the CG in it.

I also found some Tech Resource and I have no idea what they do. By any chance is there a comprehensive guide on some of this?

Even with all this, I like the mod so far.

This is a bug we can't fix. :(

Yes we know, why the CG can only shoot minigun it's because that sprite only has minigun animation. Other armor sprites have all the animations.

yes that was a small surprise I added because of all the bugs that was in the old released version.

Not a bug, that's how it's supposed to be.

You have to buy a upgrade card from the AI computer thats how you unlock the doors.

A few more fun things...

So apparently the coding for Jane is really screwed up. I'm not sure when, I'm not sure how, but now she has a -59 armor class while not wearing armor and over 1k points in unarmed fighting. O.o;;

She has negatives on small, big, and energy weapons. She has over 800 on melee weapons. Also she seems to enjoy crouching. Makes it awkward if the only girl on your team is almost always at waist level. >.>

I've noticed a few sentences don't make sense to me but lucklily I've bought both cards and now have access to supplies. I do like the fact that the Hummer location stays on the map but I've yet to find a way to reapair it.
Also for anyone stuck and not sure how to get the upgrade cards, there's a terminal in the Enclave Vault that you use Science on to unlock the door near the bottom left (middle), then trade items for the cards.

In the second mission with the marines, there's the problem with the missiles not working for me. The minigun on the aircraft are more than enough to take out everything on that level fast with the splash damage. (Take the ammo from the plane by hitting I and the minigun to use)

Now I'm not sure if the two CG's in the science room can be put into the mercenary roster without overwriting each other (the marines did) so I'm saving them for later in case someone dies. I had planned on letting Jane die but with a 1k unarmed skill, she's going to be kind of useful.
 
Yes I had the same problem!
In Enclave V.2.9 I will fix the reverse leveling bugs,
2 men in my team have this bug.

All bugs that everyone is complaining about will be fixed!

The Cannon

I'm in the process of (very slowly) beating the Cannon level. Wearing the Enclave armor, still can't use the mortar. Also, is it possible to have an auto check similar to the one for pilot for gunner positions? Jane ended up holding the minigun in the vehicle and it cost me a turn to kick her out of the vehicle and wait for the better guy to grab the gun. Oh, also Hardwire went on his own and got killed during the mission. >.>

Well, Jane died at the pump due to the AC dropping more and more (-101 when she died...lol)

Now something I didn't want to bring up because I love it is the Dragonov Sniper Rifle. 0 AP to shoot, only 2 AP to reload. Not sure if the 0 AP is a bug or not.

This time I have only a few complaints. :P
The chests at the Enclave Vault, as well as the lockers, have a weight limit. While trying to put things back into the chests, I found that out. Is there a way to list the weight limit at the bottom or not?
Also in the first two upgrade missions, you get an air strike radio and something that looks like a transmitter. Do they work together because I'd hate to try to use something and have nothing happen (similar to the cigars.)
Are CG's going to have tagged skills at any time?

for your other question: they don't do anything.
Are CG's going to have tagged skills at any time?
No, unless you get the perk (Tag Skill).

The miniguns have an inventory (hit I and put the ammo on the guy running the miniguns). You should be able to take them all out without running out of minigun ammo.
